Working with the leaders in the construction industry, Rainsford Contracts are fully committed to training our staff, both in the office and out on site. All of our employees, including the office team have CSCS accreditation at various levels, with the Supervisors holding the platinum level managers card as a minimum. Our Supervisors are also trained in First Aid, with most holding the "Four Day First Aid at Work" certificate and at the very minimum the "Appointed Person" certificate.
90% of our operatives have achieved the CSCS skilled workers card, with the remainder holding the basic H&S level card and working towards achieving fully skilled cards.
